Join yoga instructor, Meg Shortell, as she walks us through yoga before our climbing clinic. The class will be vinyasa yoga targeting major muscle groups used in climbing. Yoga attendees are welcome to stay for the climbing wall clinic at 6P, but are not required to do so.
Meg completed her 200-hour vinyasa yoga certification, 50-hour yoga sculpt certification and a trauma-informed yoga training to ensure her classes are safe spaces to connect with your body & breath.
Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat. We will have some extra mats available.
